Grandparents' Day: January 2018
We celebrated Grandparents’ Day on Wednesday the 31st of January 2018. Some grandparents visited our class to tell us what school was like in the past. We performed some poems in the hall for our grandparents. We also enjoyed performances by other classes.
Every month we change places. This is a photo of us in our new places!
St. Patrick's Day
Happy St. Patrick’s Day from Senior Infants and their leprechauns!
Christmas Play: December 2017
We performed our Christmas play ‘Ralph the Reindeer’ on Tuesday the 19th of December. Our families came to see our performance on stage in the school hall.
Dance: January 2018
We did dance for P.E. during the month of January. We made different shapes using our bodies.
The Food Dudes are delivering fruit and vegetables to our class everyday. Charlie, Tom, Raz and Rocco are four super-heroes who gain special powers by eating their favourite fruit and veg. We can have these super powers too by eating our healthy snacks at 10 am!
Mrs Mc Carthy and Margaret visit our class on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for Aistear. This is the early childhood curriculum framework for all children from birth to six years. During Aistear we learn through play.
